Life Alignment Coach for Women
I help self-aware women reconnect with themselves, get honest about what they truly want, and take brave, aligned steps toward a life that actually fits.
You're feeling stuck and unfulfilled.
You built the life you thought you wanted. The career, the relationships, the stability. And yet something feels fundamentally off and you can't quite explain it without feeling ungrateful. You're self-aware. You've invested in your personal development. You've been actively looking for answers for a long time. And you still can't find them.
Every day I question my career. I know I should be grateful for a stable job I'm good at, but it feels empty. I'm bored, flat and anxious - and I honestly don't know what else I would even do.
I've spent real time and money on books, podcasts and courses trying to work out why I feel so stuck, and nothing has changed. Now I just feel more lost and alone than when I started.
I know I need to make a big life decision and part of me feels ready, but I don't actually know what it is - and I'm terrified of getting it wrong. What if I regret it or things get worse?
I'm meant to be the self-aware one. I meditate, I've done the inner work - so why can I help everyone else see clearly, but I can't figure out my own life? I don't even feel like I know who I am anymore.
You're not broken
There isn’t anything wrong with you. You’ve just been living a life built for a version of you that no longer exists — and somewhere underneath the confusion, you already know that.
The lost feeling is a sign you’re being called to remember who you are and to build a life that actually reflects her.
That's exactly what we do together.
I get it. I've been there.
I’ve always been known as the smart, committed, high achiever who got results. And for a long time, I pursued a life that matched that identity — a stable career, long term relationships, a lifestyle that looked like success.
But underneath all of it, something felt completely off. My career felt suffocating, my relationships were toxic. And my “fun lifestyle” was binge drinking and restrictive eating in disguise. I considered myself self-aware and yet I couldn’t understand how I had ended up here.
A few years later I developed a severe autoimmune disease that put me in hospital. And it was in those hopeless, helpless moments that I was hit with a bolt of clarity:
I've forgotten who I truly am.
The Return
That was the moment everything changed. I left the career, stopped drinking, rebuilt my relationship with my body, came back to the spiritual practices I’d always pushed away. And slowly, for the first time in years, I felt like myself again.
Now I work with women who are where I was. Women who look successful from the outside and feel completely off on the inside. Women who have been searching for answers for so long they’ve started to wonder if something is seriously wrong with them.
But I know that there’s nothing wrong with them. They’ve just forgotten who they are. And remembering is what changes everything.
I found my way back. And I know how to help you find yours.
Sara Klank — Life Alignment Coach
A Structured Process
Most women who come to me already have an idea about what's wrong. The problem is that they're confused what to do about it. Here's what I know: self-awareness got you here. But taking action, embodying a new identity, doing the scary thing, is where real change happens. And that's exactly what we do together.
The Truth Phase
Where we stop avoiding and start finding clarity. We no longer pretend everything is fine and start getting honest about why it doesn't feel that way. We start accepting that we don't want to live this way anymore.
The Direction Phase
Reconnecting with what you actually want. We create a clear, grounded picture of where you're heading based on who you're becoming, not who you used to be.
The Integration Phase
Where you do the brave thing and begin living as yourself. Self-trust is built through action, not thinking. This is where your life really starts to shift.
12 Weeks. One Decision. Your Life.
Reconnect with who you truly are, get honest about what you want, and build the self-trust to take brave, aligned action toward a life that genuinely fits the woman you are now — not the woman you used to be.

Client Stories
I did the Alignment Audit when I was feeling uncertain about whether it was time to leave what was once my dream role, and it gave me so much clarity. It helped me understand exactly where I was feeling out of kilter, and what I could explore before making a big decision. It's a thoughtful, practical tool, and the follow-up is incredibly valuable. If you can't find the language to describe what feels off in your life, this audit will help!

I was lucky enough to come across the Alignment Audit at the very moment I was weighing up whether to launch my own business. Completing the Audit was the first step in noticing where I felt stuck and saying 'yes' to something that felt scary. It helped give me permission to take the risk. I haven't looked back! If you're confused about a life choice that feels big I highly recommend the Alignment Audit and Sara's coaching to help navigate the best path for you.

Sara was grounded, thoughtful and inquisitive. She deeply listened and provided a beautiful balance of wisdom from her own experiences in the context of my situation and needs. I felt supported, seen and validated in a safe and non judgmental way. I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing supporting in clarifying purpose and figuring out that “something just isn’t quite right” feeling.
